Our Officers and Management Team
Craig
Sears is our President and founder. Craig earned a degree
in Biology from Washington and Lee University and a Masters
degree in Management from Georgia State University. With
over 15 years experience in pool management, Craig is in
charge of sales and marketing, customer service, and employment
decisions for SPMC. Craig has CPO, WSI, LGIT, APSP Tech I, II
and CSP certifications.

Peter Mokan
is our Operations Manager. He started with SPMC in June
2000. He was promoted to Supervisor in October 2001 and to
Operations Manager in April 2004. Peter is a native of
Slovakia (former Czechoslovakia). He has his CPO, APSP Tech
I, II and CSP certifications.

Sandi
Mokan
started with us in 2005 as a guard scheduler in the
Scheduling Department, and has since been promoted to Sales
Manager. She assists Craig with product sales customer site
visits and resolving customer concerns. Sandi has her CPO certification.
Martha
Oceguera is our
part-time receptionist, working with us for the past 5
years. She is a student attending Georgia State University
and a violist for the Georgia Philharmonic Orchestra.
It is most likely her lovely voice you hear when calling
SPMC. As our general administrative assistant, she's
always happy to help!
Julie
Miteva started
with SPMC in the summer of 2007. She started out
as a scheduler and has taken over the position of
Foreign Affairs Liaison and Head Scheduler. She
does the international recruiting and oversees the
scheduling department in season.

Desiree Kaman recently joined SPMC as the Human
Resources Director. Desiree has been part of the SPMC
team for many years as a Head Guard at one of our pools.
She has many years of management experience. Desiree is in
charge of recruiting, hiring, and training our seasonal
staff.
Ernest Mlynarczyk
started with us in the Summer of 2006 as
a Supervisor and was promoted to Area Manager in 2007.
Ernest hails from Poland, and has 5 years experience in
the industry. Ernest earned his APSP Tech I
certification and will be working on his CPO
certification this winter.
In Memoriam:
Tragically, Ernest passed
away on December 27, 2007, after sustaining brain
injuries from a motorcycle accident Christmas Day.
He was an outstanding employee and a
loyal friend. We will miss him dearly.
Milos Fidlus
started with SPMC in 2001 as a lifeguard.
After two years of helping open and close pools, Milos was
promoted to our Supervisory staff in 2004, and again
to Service Technician in 2006. Milos is also a native of
Slovakia. Milos has earned his CPO and APSP Tech I
certifications. In addition, he regularly attends various
industry training certification courses.

Marko
Lisinac also joined
the SPMC team in the summer of 2006 as a supervisor.
Marko rejoined us in the summer of 2007 and will be staying
in the US interning through his college in Serbia. He
is CPO certified.

Josh
Fletcher began at
SPMC as a head lifeguard at one of our pools. Josh
comes to us with several years of Marine combat experience
and as an Iraqi War Veteran. Josh has his CPO and APSP
Tech I certifications.

Edward Sapp
joined the team in Spring 2006 as a
Maintenance Supervisor. Edward has earned APSP Tech I
certification. He earned his CPO certification this past
December.
John
Broughton came on board with the SPMC management
team in March 2008. John joined us with over 5 years
experience in the industry. He is also CPO certified.

Miroslav
Radev joined the SPMC team in April 2008.
He first came to the United States in 2001 from his home
country of Bulgaria. Miro has over 5 years of
experience in the pool industry.
Bojan
Djordjevic returns to Sears Pool for his third
summer with the company. With his experience, he is now on
the maintenance supervisor staff. He is originally
from Serbia.
Vladimir
Marinkovic joins the Sears Pool team for the
first time. He has relocated from the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale
area in Florida. He is originally from Serbia and plans to
stay with Sears Pool through the winter. He will attend
various industry training courses.
Vladimir
Ilic takes on the supervisor position with Sears
Pool in his second summer with us. He is also from Serbia.
He will stay with us through the winter on a work program.
He will attend various industry training programs over the
winter.
Milos
Orsic joins the SPMC team for the first time as a
maintenance supervisor. He is originally from Serbia. He
plans on staying in the United States and furthering his
education over the winter months. |
